Why Berinote

The school management SaaS for French-speaking Africa, designed locally.

Berinote equips private primary and secondary schools and higher-education institutions across 14 French-speaking African countries. Grades, PDF report cards, attendance, payments, a parent-teacher mobile app: everything lives in one platform, mobile-first and usable offline — built for the real constraints of the field (patchy connectivity, multiple curricula, different official languages).

Built for French-speaking Africa

Report cards in the official ministry format (MENA, MEPPSA, MINEDUB/MINESEC, EPST…), national exams pre-configured (CEP, BEPC, BFEM, DEF, CFEE, Bac), local school calendars kept up to date for 2025-2026 and beyond.

Multilingual, multi-curriculum

Interface, report cards and support available in French, English (bilingual Cameroon), Spanish (Equatorial Guinea), Portuguese and Italian. Francophone, anglophone, AEFE and IB curricula can coexist in the same school.
